IMG-5880People always say that a dog is a man’s best friend. They also say that Disney is the “happiest place on Earth”. Imagine bringing your dog with you to Disneyland, what do you have now? Only the best day ever! Canine Companions for Independence (CCI) is a non-profit company that provides people that are in need of a service dogs with pre-trained dogs. Earlier this month, CCI sent four of their dogs in training to Disneyland and California Adventure in Anaheim, California.  A service dog helps provide people with physical or emotional disabilities, services that they can’t do themselves. This trip to Disneyland was meant to help the dogs with their patience and attentiveness, in an environment that has a significant amount of distractions. If you have been to any of the Disney Parks, then surely you can recall how many distractions there are. Freshman, Caitlin Oropallo has been to Disney and she says “I think that the Disney Parks were a perfect place to take the dogs for training because there are so many distractions there and it will teach them to stay focused on their one person.” The four dogs, Ortega, Essie, Chekov and Aryssa, all sported festive Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse ears all day long at the parks. Recently their pictures have been circulating the internet. Everyone has been buzzing about these adorable dogs posing to get their pictures taken in front of various Disney attractions. If you have some spare time, I highly recommend you check out some of these insanely adorable pictures.
